Robert
A. "Rob" Blume
Washington Trust Bank, Senior Vice
President and Manager, Wealth Management and
Advisory Services Division
Rob joined the bank in 1987 after
spending 8 years in public accounting in Seattle and Spokane. At Washington Trust, Rob is the
chairman of the Trust Committee and also
serves on the Executive and Pension
committees.
Rob was raised in
Sunnyside,
Washington and received a Bachelor of Arts in
Business Administration from Washington State University in 1977. He is also a graduate
of the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School.
Rob is a Certified Public Accountant,
Certified Financial Planner, and a Certified
Trust and Financial Advisor. He is a
member of the American Institute of
C.P.A.’s, the Washington State Society of
C.P.A.’s and the Spokane Estate Planning
Council. He has been the treasurer and
a member of the board of directors of the
W.S.C.P.A. and past president of the Spokane
Estate Planning Council. Additionally, he
has served on the Trust Estate and Gift Tax
and Investment committees of the AICPA, and
presently serves on the Trust Taxation
Committee of the American Bankers
Association.
Community activities include presently
serving as President of the Board of
Directors of the Friends of Seven. He is
also on the board of directors of
Saint Georges School, The Hagan Foundation, and the Northwest
Museum of Arts and Culture.
Rob is married to Randee and they have
two adult children.
