Mr. Turner is a partner
in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial section
in Edmonton and provides advice in respect
of corporate and government finance. He is a
director, Corporate Secretary and General
Counsel to Millar Western Forest Products
Ltd. Much of his work has been in providing
counsel to corporations in the natural
resource sector, primarily forestry and
mining.
He attended the
Lethbridge Junior College (Business
Administration) from 1965 to 1967; the
University of Lethbridge (Economics and
Commerce) from 1967 to 1969; the University
of Calgary (Commerce) 1969-1971; and the
University of Alberta (Law) 1971-1973.
