The firm, which employs 16 persons (13 of which are CPAs or CPA candidates), is a member of the Washington State CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Also member of AICPA’s S.E.C. Practice Section and AICPA’s Private Companies Practice Section, and registered by the P.C.A.O.B.

  • Owner of a CPA firm located in downtown Spokane, Washington, engaged in public accounting and business consulting.

  • Chief Financial Officer of a $120 million group of privately held firms in California’s San Joaquin Valley, and related companies; privately held vertically integrated firms principally engaged in manufacturing, distribution and marketing of agricultural-based products.

  • Corporate Controller of a Fortune 500 firm (Knudsen Corporation) with $500 million in revenues, principally engaged in food processing (secondarily engaged in deli convenience stores) headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
