of summer, many begin looking indoors to meet their fitness
goals. But setting realistic fitness goals is just as
important as fitness itself. Join our panel of experts as
they answer your life questions about staying fit and
healthy the whole year through. Special emphasis will be
given to avoiding the common pitfalls of exercise, such as
overtraining and injuries.
