This month's focus is on access to health care, including such issues as: affordable health insurance; rising medical malpractice insurance costs; and the alarming shortage of doctors in our rural areas. Veteran Spokane journalist Steve Becker hosts this hour-long interactive forum, which will feature an expert panel, a studio audience and questions from our viewers.
