The Instructional Television Center (ITV) supplies programming to teachers
in the classroom. Operating on channels 15, 16, 17, and 18 on the Comcast Cable
System in the greater Spokane area, Instructional TV programming is
available to all Spokane Public School classrooms. In addition, Spokane
Public Schools air a daily schedule of community relation programming

We are also a part of the
PBS Ready to Learn (RTL) service. KSPS-TV’s
Ready to Learn program involves a commitment to providing educational
programming, promoting early childhood literacy and conducting workshops
for parents, grandparents and caregivers on preparing their child for
