They are numbers you’ll see on the November ballot. 1125. 1183. 1163. Statewide initiatives that could affect both drinking and driving. Spokane voters are being asked for money to pay for animal protection and street improvements, and to support a community “bill of rights”. Our panel also handicaps the Spokane City Council and Mayoral races.
