KSPS covers the race for Spokane’s City Council where two seats are up for grabs. In the second district – two political veterans. Incumbent councilman Jon Snyder is being challenged by former state lawmaker John Ahern.   And in the third district two newcomers are seeking office. They are Michael Cannon and Candace Mumm.  You’ll hear where candidates stand on the issues in head-to-head debates.
