Mental Health in Stressful Times

It’s common to feel stressed or anxious during this time. It may be especially hard for people who already manage feelings of anxiety or emotional distress. Our expert panel will explain how to manage your stress, cope with difficult situations and find resources for support. And we take you along with the Spokane Police Department’s Behavioral Health Unit, which pairs mental health clinicians with cops to help give people earlier and better access to mental health resources.
