Daniel O’Donnell and Special Guests

Filmed in front of a live audience at the Millennium Forum in Derry, Northern Ireland, Daniel O’Donnell returns to PBS performing his favorite songs with special guests Charley Pride, Crystal Gayle and Una Foden.

The late great Charley Pride was one of Daniel’s all-time favorite people and most admired singers—they recorded together many times. Charley and Daniel perform “Crystal Chandeliers,” one of Charley’s greatest hits. Daniel and Crystal Gayle duet on “Wrong Road Again,” one of her best-loved songs and one that has become synonymous with her name. Written by Allen Reynolds in 1974, it was a hit for Crystal in 1974-75 when it reached number six on the Country Billboard charts.

Daniel also sings “I’m Going To Jackson” with Una Healy (Foden), a brilliant version of the iconic song made famous by the legendary duo Johnny Cash and June Carter. A multi-talented singer-songwriter, musician and TV presenter from Tipperary, Ireland, Una has achieved global success with the UK-based girl band The Saturdays.

In addition to the duets, Daniel sings some of his best-known songs and hits that have wooed audiences wherever he has performed, including “I Just Want To Dance With You,” “My Shoes Keep Walking Back To You,” “A Thing Called Love,” “I Can’t Feel At Home In This World Anymore,” “Moonlight And Roses,” and “There’s Always A Fire In The Kitchen.”
